Sending credit and requesting data for complaint

Good Morning Nilay,
Our team has issued the credit for the two bottles of SMx serum we discussed, and the documentation is attached for your records. We have applied this credit to the original invoice (71626), bringing the remaining balance to $2,770.62.
If you need additional bottles of SMx serum to continue diluting the product, please reach out to me directly. I will be happy to coordinate these at no charge.
When you have your data compiled, please send it over so we can begin our formal investigation. For transparency, here is an outline of the next steps:
1. Once the data is received, we will conduct a formal investigation to assess any potential nonconformities in the manufacturing process (including documentation, calibration, equipment, technician review, etc).
2. We are updating your quote to ideally include an in-process sample, which will allow us to make any needed concentration adjustments. At minimum, we will include a validation sample so that you can approve the lot prior to shipment. I will send the revised quote once it is complete.
