Hi Amber, Thank you for sending over the data. We have opened support ticket# 1062 for investigation. I have escalated this and asked our senior staff to lead the review. Whenever you can get me that quote I can submit and get a PO generated. From my math it looks like we will need another 4 bottles of SMX to float us by through this lot that we are having to apply dilution factors to.
