Thanks for the reply and feedback! If concentration issues ever affect the usability of the product let us know and we can escalate. I’ll share this with our team for future process improvements.
My wife and I still talk about the food in New Orleans from our trip there years ago. I don’t think I have ever had such consistently good food on a vacation as I did down there. The 100 degrees and humidity, not as nice LOL.

Sorry for the delayed response. The new lots of controls validated though some analytes were well off target. An example would be sertraline in level 3. Target was around 6500 ng/mL as I recall but the mean of the validation was over 9,000 ng/mL.
It does get cold here but only for a couple of weeks, generally late Jan to mid Feb. That frequently coincides with an ice storm that shuts down the metroplex for a few days. Currently it is around 75F with highs expected to be mid 80s. As for food, I miss living in New Orleans
