Amit 2 order entry error

Hi Carla and Team Tricore,
I wanted to hop in here with some updates as well as an apology. In looking into this we have determined we made an error when entering your order for PO N25-007253 and we manufactured another lot of your level 1 QC, instead of the level 2 you had ordered.
We have updated your order for this same PO with the correct level 2 part and will be working with our production team to expedite manufacturing and get this to you as soon as possible. Attached you will find an updated sales order with the level 2 added.
Is there any way you can make use of the additional lot of level 1 we just made? I see you did recently order 4 boxes that have already shipped, and now we have made 4 more boxes. If you can put these to use we are happy to send them to you with a 50% discount for working with us to use the material. If you cannot use this material then we can discard it and remove it from your order at no charge to you. Please let us know how to proceed.
