Design update and maybe lyophilized
Dec 04, 2025 10:38 PM
Hi Johanna,
We will update this to a 1mL fill and 50mL per level. It wont be anything groundbreaking but would save a bit of cost as its fewer vials and less aliquots.
Alternatively, if you would be open to a lyophilized form we would have 30 month expiration which would make the 50mL minimum usable for you over a longer period. Only downside I see is for lyophilized product it’s a 3mL minimum fill per vial. There is a way to reconstitute and freeze to make use of the full vial. If you want to explore this lets set up a time to chat here. As far as getting the best value out of this I think it’s worth exploring together.
Let me know how I can help,

Subject: Re: New UTAK Calibrator Order
Hello Andrew,
Since the minimum 50 mL amount applies, would it be better to order 50 of 1.0 mL aliquots instead? Would this change the quote at all?
50 larger aliquots would be fine as long as the outdate remains about the same. I believe our outdate was at least 1 year post production to almost 18 months.
Any thoughts are appreciated, thank you.
