Hi Christina, Thank you for your time and all your valuable feedback today! I am planning to meet with our technical team this afternoon to review calibrator feasibility and should have some updates for you by early next week. If it’s a go- we would like to book another call to review all the details and process to make sure we are all on the same page. Stand by for updates. If we were to partner with UTAK to make calibrators, I would suggest a tighter spec of 10% rather than the 20-25% that we are accustomed to on the QC material. The AMRs that I would be looking to span are as follows: 1. Sirolimus: 1-100 ng/mL in whole blood a. A 3-5 point calibration from 2.5-90 ng/mL would work well for us, for example. 2. Vitamin D2 and D3 in serum or serum-like matrix. a. 5-150 ng/mL 25-hydroxy-vitamin D2 AND 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3. i. Note: This may be challenging from a stability/light protection perspective. Thank you, Christina Meyer | TriCore, Inc.
