Subject: Calibrators from UTAK--these are the AMRs that would need to be covered

Thank you for your time this morning—we appreciate you taking time to discuss what is working and what could be better.
If we were to partner with UTAK to make calibrators, I would suggest a tighter spec of 10% rather than the 20-25% that we are accustomed to on the QC material.
The AMRs that I would be looking to span are as follows:
1. Sirolimus: 1-100 ng/mL in whole blood
a. A 3-5 point calibration from 2.5-90 ng/mL would work well for us, for example.
2. Vitamin D2 and D3 in serum or serum-like matrix.
a. 5-150 ng/mL 25-hydroxy-vitamin D2 AND 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3.
i. Note: This may be challenging from a stability/light protection perspective.
