I hope summer has been treating you well. I was working with Karen on some of Corewells controls and she mentioned you were the one to reach out to at the other site. I understand Quest will eventually be moving in to take over the testing there. I was recently assigned as your dedicated account rep and hoped we could briefly connect to get some feedback from you, and make sure we are set up for your current needs and during the transition.
