Below are some details which we hope are helpful to you as we proceed.

Dear Chem Standard:
Your new Customer ID (CID) is UTAK CID#101670
We have set up your new account (#101670). Please submit all order requests, faxed or emailed to support@utak.com. As your account is new, your company will initially be set up as prepaid.
Our prepaid terms work as follows:
1. Order is submitted to the UTAK Orders Team
2. Order is entered into our system.
3. UTAK Accounting Team will submit a Proforma (prepaid) Invoice which will include any additional charges (i.e., shipping, handling, dry ice, etc.)
4. Once payment is made on the Proforma Invoice the order will be scheduled for shipment
5. Please note our frozen products and blank urine can only be shipped out Monday-Wednesday.
Since at present we have a pending quote, we will revert in this thread with that quote.
