Subject: Quality control issue
Hello Team,
One of my customers has a problem with UTAK HC level1 control. You can see the product details in below. The problem is that THC results of the control are reporting lower value than 9 ng/ml which is stated in IFU. For instance, 1,9 ; 1,2; 1,8 ng/ml. Are there similar complaints from your other customers? What could be the reason for lower reporting results? I would like to inform you that the customer doesn't want to run with it
