Packing slip discrepancy question

Hi Holly, Thank you for reaching out for support here. Can you clarify if the issue is that there is a slightly different part number in the “V#” section or if there is something else going on? The slight change in part numbers is due to the customer requesting concentration adjustments when they sent back the baseline results. Every design change is marked with its own “V#” so we can tell the difference between versions.
