Dear Raleigh,
Kindly note that the quotes we are submitting are pre-tender budget quotes, and therefore no order is expected at this stage. Once the budget is approved, a public tender will be issued, and eventually, an order will follow upon award.
In the meantime, since some products are to be discontinued, we were expecting a quote for the following custom products: #57040, #57044, #57045, #66316, and #66317.
Could you please provide these quotes in addition to the already quoted custom product TRICYC MID S PRCL, so that we may verify whether the totals align with the budget figure we have?
As we have been supplying these products locally over the past years, we would also expect UTAK to refrain from quoting other local agents for this tender and to grant us exclusivity on this lead.
