To keep your PO exactly as issued (554-C40103) on the new order, we’ll make a small system adjustment on our side: we’ll reopen the prior SO 53854 and append “-1” to its PO field. That simply frees up PO 554-C40103 for the new sales order—no action needed from you.
On pricing, our latest quote reflects the contract’s permitted adjustments from earlier this year, which is why it doesn’t match the pricing on your PO. We can proceed either way:
move forward with the updated quote pricing, or
honor the pricing shown on your PO for this order (no need to attach the quote in that case).
