Hi Gene, Thanks for reaching out with this inquiry. I can confirm these are not false positives as both Oxycodone and Buprenorphine are added to this control as well. While it contains tramadol, it also has 22 other drugs spiked in. Attached is the IFU with what all is in this product. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. We field tested it here just recently and no oxy as we thought. Tested positive for tramadol but also it did for buprenorphine again on our test kit. is this also a metabolite for buprenorphine?
