( Last years, I had been a few problems to find right contact of your company for my needs as there has been too much staff's leaving your company. 2 or 3 years ago, I worked with Marine Beller who was working as Key and Sales Account Manager in your company and that time I was very statisified with this kind of structure of UTAK Company. I alwasy received my questions to be answered fastly. We would be happy to see this kind of structure re-established.) 6. What’s one thing we could do to make your experience exceptional? 7. Would you recommend UTAK Labs to other companies? Why or why not? ( We always recommend and present UTAK to our customers who use chemistry analyzer and chromatografy system) 8. Do you have any other feedback or suggestions? (I sometimes need customize products according to customers' demands, and so want you to make quotation for these. However, the latest quotations that I asked from coming you has been higher than your previous year offering.
