We’ve received and reviewed the recent contract amendment reducing the quantity of supplies, and we want to express our full support for your decision. We understand that operational needs can shift, and we remain committed to being a flexible and responsive partner.
To help us better align with your evolving requirements, we’d appreciate any insight you’re able to share regarding the change. Specifically, we’re curious to understand whether this adjustment is related to changes in testing volume, budgetary constraints, a shift in procurement strategy, or the adoption of a different supplier. This information will help us better anticipate your needs and continue to provide relevant and timely support.

Could we also ask you to confirm the following (previously confirmed by Colin):
I. Order Contents:
o Denver VA Pain Levels 1, 3, and 4 and Denver VA Drugs of Abuse QC 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7
II. Order Dates:
o Order 2025: N/A since order is every 15 months
o Order 2026: February 28th
o Order 2027: May 28th
o 2028: Contract expiration on January 9, 2028
III. Notes:
o UTAK will follow up 2 months before Order date above and ask for new PO
o UTAK will not need/submit any Quote to you
