Good Morning,
After speaking with my partners at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, my understanding is that this decrease modification is due to a reduction in need for supplies during this period of performance.
I have attached a copy of the original contract to confirm the contents below.
I. Order contents can be found in the price/cost schedule
II. I am unclear on what is being asked about the order dates
III. The PO for each individual order is created at the time of award and is provided on the modification/order sent for signature. Reaching out before the award will not guarantee the PO will be provided. Also with each modification/order the Government is required to analyze the option pricing on an annual basis to determine whether contracted rates continue to reflect price reasonableness when compared to current market rates.
