I wanted to send a separate email to go over the Cals and your new panels. It’s the same info needed to quote Cals as it is QC. The only thing we need to know additionally if we are making both Cals and QC, is if you need a separate lot of drugs, separate lot of matrix and separate technician. All are possible, and the only one that impacts cost is separate lot of drugs.
To get a quote we need replies to all the following questions. Feel free to request a few designs if you want to see the difference between matrix made, and a high-level methanol solution.
1. What matrix do you want this in
2. What fill size per vial do you want?
3. How many vials would you use in a year, ball park estimate
4. We need a list of analytes and target concentration
