Hello Andrew,
Thanks for confirming homocysteine is a viable analyte.
I have a request for a custom quote (details at the bottom of email).
Could you provide some information and/or confirmation of the analytes stability following reconstitution? Both refrigerated and if it can also be aliquotted and frozen.
I'll double check with the customer on the form of the analyte.
Matrix - serum
Form - Freeze-dried
Fill size - 3ml will best as our assay only requires 100ul per extraction
Quantity - minimum please - 60mls per level (due to batch size and volume per test)
Analyte concentrations - units for both are umol/L. Approximate concentrations required:
MMA HCY
Level 1 0.40 15
Level 2 2.00 50
Level 3 50.00 150
