Thank you for your reply. We understand your position, however we would appreciate further clarification on one point.
Given that the end user will be purchasing 150 mL per customized product over the 3-year period (i.e., 50 mL annually), we would have expected this volume commitment to be reflected in a lower overall price. Could you please explain why the pricing remains unchanged despite this guaranteed usage?
It will be very difficult for the end user to justify a 350% price increase in order to have a new tender issued, so any additional consideration you could extend would be highly appreciated.
