She said on our prior call they will for sure buy the level 3, but are unsure if accounting will approve all levels or not. The end users preference would be to do custom for all levels and she is working with her team to try and get this approved. She needed a quote with just level 3 as well so she can present both options.
Setting a reminder to trigger follow up in 2 weeks to see if a decision was made.
