I can certainly understand the concern with the price increases. The increase on our blank matrices is primarily supply related. In the world of people willing to sell their bodily fluids, and not on drugs, it’s a pretty slim market. In addition, we also have the increased cost of labor and raw materials virtually everyone is seeing.
There may be something we can work out to get a discount on this item. I don’t want to get your hopes up, but happy to go to bat for you and see what we can do. Its helpful if we know your annual expected usage volume. From my rough math it looks like your usage is around 7 gallons a month, does this sound correct to you?
