Hi Dominique,
I had the chance to connect with Sarah recently, and since I understand she’ll be on leave after Friday (so exciting!), I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.
First, thank you for your patience with UTAK. I know the backlog was a significant issue in the past, and that you received subpar action when reporting mold in the Validity control series. I want to assure you that we’ve since restructured our manufacturing, and I’m very pleased to share that our stock product shipment times are now just 1–3 days. For custom orders, we’re even seeing delivery dates as soon as 8 business days from when the order is placed.
While we’re still wrapping up stability testing on the Validity series (we are testing to ensure we’ve removed the mold), I’ll be sure to keep you updated on any developments there.
