Hi Rajes, Thank you for sharing this update with me — I really appreciate you taking the time to keep me informed. I can imagine this must feel like a time of uncertainty, and I truly empathize with the position you’re in. For now, I think it makes sense for us to wait until we hear from Chris before making any decisions on a path forward. In the meantime, I’d be glad to stay in touch, and it would also be helpful if you could share your best contact details outside of Nyala so we can remain connected regardless of how things develop. There is some changes happening at Nyala at the moment due to Chris retiring. I was unfortunately only informed recently. I am not sure if Utak has been informed of this change as discussions is still ongoing. If Utak has not yet been informed , I am sure Chris will inform Utak in due time with the new ownership. Currently, I am still not certain as to what will happen going forward and who will be taking over. I hope you understand and I will surely keep you posted should I hear more in the next couple of weeks or so. Due to the sensitivity of this matter - I would like to put it out there to you – should you be looking for a New Distributor in South Africa in the future , please do consider me as I have been with Nyala for the past 15 years and I have a good relationship with all of my Utak customers.
