THC- Customer raising objections based on prior issues with UTAK THC QC (4308s)

Hi Velli,
Many years back we did run into a THC issue and this part was part of that issue. We haven’t seen any of those reports in years so I believe we are good to go hear.
If there ever where to be a problem please share the data with us and our team will investigate and work with you to find a resolution pleasing to the customer.

Hi Andrew,
We have another potential customer in the private sector for the 4308. They have used the previous version before and have a concern that forced them to move away from the product before:
How is the stability of THC once the QC is prepared? We had issues with degradation and other QCs not meeting target historically with this QC.
Do you know if this is still the issue?
