I hope summer has been treating you well. I wanted to touch base with you on the attached quote we sent to reorder your custom Drugs of Abuse QC. We hadn’t seen an order come in yet and wanted to reach out and see if you had an update on when you think that will come in?
We are eager to see you get the most out of your partnership with UTAK. If we can do anything to better support you please don’t hesitate to reach out. I am also attaching our updated catalog. Happy to send some samples if you want to try anything new.
Replied back with Thanks for following up. We just went live with this test, and have ~6 months of QC. We will probably submit this order Around Q2 2026, but maybe Q1! I may reduce the fill size to 0.25 mL and get minimum qty..
