Could you send it over along with what the cut-off concentration is for each. With that we can figure out all the levels. For the single calibrator at 20x cutoffs: 1. What matrix do you want this in a. Serum or plasma (whichever is cheaper) 2. What fill size per vial do you want? a. 1000 µL 3. How many vials would you use in a year, ball park estimate a. 104. 4. We need a list of analytes and target concentration a. Are you able to pull my latest order of serum drugs? Its the same analytes/cutoffs as that. For the a 7 point calibration curve: 1. What matrix do you want this in a. Serum or plasma (whichever is cheaper) 2. What fill size per vial do you want? a. 300 µL. 3. How many vials would you use in a year, ball park estimate a. 104 per calibrator. 4. We need a list of analytes and target concentration a. Are you able to pull my latest order of serum drugs? Its the same analytes/cutoffs. b. The cal levels (7) will go 0.5x CO, 0.75x CO, CO, 2.5x CO, 5x CO, 10x CO, 20x CO. What is a common design you see customers order for toxicology applications like this? Can you include that design with our drugs/cutoffs? I may not be going about this the most efficient way..
