Reached out asking who is our current contacts. The main contact showing on recent orders and quotes does not often reply to my messages so trying to see if there is another contact that is more responsive.
I hope summer is treating you well. UTAK is moving back to having dedicated account reps and I will be supporting Redwood Tox. The last time I was assigned this account I was working with Fred Klaus who I understand is no longer there. I wanted to confirm, it seems like you are the best contact for all things purchasing related, is that correct?
If I wanted to follow up with the end user to see how our product is performing, can you confirm whom that would be?
