Looks like contacts at Abacus did not see UTAK's last email requesting additional information.

We don’t have any sales targets yet as this is an opportunistic situation. But we have received an order from South Koread so just waiting on the contract amendment to be able to order and ship.
Do you think you can get it to us before Wednesday?

Thank you for your patience as I connected with our regulatory team.
Our understanding of Regulatory requirements for South Korea is that an in-country representative is required to handle device licensing - and be the point of contact with South Korea regulatory bodies and import the products.
Can Abacus provide these services? If you any additional knowledge of South Korean regulatory requirements and process for importing medical devices there, please let us know.
