Sending updated quote switching to stock product and adding ship schedule

Hi Jennie,
Attached is the updated quote adding the ship schedule. 2 other changes were also made:
• We switched back to using the stock part number and not the custom part number we originally issued.
• Since we are back to a stock part, you will be billed as these items ship and not have to pay for it upfront.
When your team sends in the order for this please ensure they send a copy of this quote along with the PO so our team knows it is on a ship schedule instead of shipping in full.

Thanks for the update. I’ll have the quote updated to include we will ship ½ upon completion and the other ½ after 2 months.
