Hi Chandler and Jason, Our team has confirmed the inventory and here is what we have: • 5 vials each of the QC’s and Cals all in finished packaging. Each packaged in its own box. • 3 extra vials of each that we keep for R+D. They can be made available to you but lack external packaging. To release the 5 on order we need the attached completed. If you just send back the form marked complete we will ship the 5 of each level to you. If you want to change this to ship all or some to a customer connect with me before you send in this form. If you want the additional 3 that are not in finished packaging as well let me know and we can coordinate either getting an updated PO from you for the additional material or have you place a new PO.
