Hi Cindy,
We would be happy to send a complimentary 10mL sample vial for this customer to try it out. To get this sample vial, we ask that you add this request into your next PO. To make sure there is no issue, if you could send the PO to this email chain I am adding in @Aline Arias from our order processing team.
What we need on the PO is:

The sample is free but for shipping cost it’s best to include it with your request for other orders so we can just include it in your shipment and not pay separate shipping just for a sample vial. Let us know any questions or concerns.
