Reqesting custom screening control, getting additional details to submit

Hi Aylin,
Thank you for sending in this request. We have a few questions to clarify the design before we quote this. Can you please reply to each of the following:
1. What fill size do you want for this? 10mL?
2. How many total vials do you want to be quote for?
3. Do you prefer frozen or freeze dried form?
4. For Benzodiazapine, Barbiturates and Opiates, these are each listed 2x on the attached drug list. Can you clarify the specific analytes you are looking for each of these?
5. For concentration, we are quoting 2 levels, the low control mean and high control mean, correct?

In the attachment, you can see the file includes our desired Cut off of tests.
Could you please make a quotation?
We prefer that all analytes should be produced with the same vial. If it could be done to produce together, we will be glad.
However, if it couldn't be possible to produce together, you might for both 6AM and Ecstasy assays produce separately; this option might be accepted by us.
