PO#R250129164/SO#54444. Here's a summary:
• LabCorp rejected 30 gallons from lot# D7120 because the expiration date was the same as the previous lot they received (lot# D7053).
o They do not want to pay for this shipment and are willing to return all 30 gallons.
o The return exceeds $4,000, so an RMA will be required if we proceed with returning the gallons.
• Alternative lot available: Lot# D7700, with expiration date 12/31/2026, has been presented to the customer.
o The customer confirmed that Lot D7700 is acceptable for sample evaluation and has requested that a validation sample be sent.
o They also stated this process (sample first, prior to shipment) should apply to future releases for this order.
