Hi Sophie,
Thanks for the quick reply and feedback! For 5759- Do you have an idea how long this order volume is expected to last them? The product has a 30 month shelf life so if we can bump up volume that will bring down the price per pack.
Let me know what they say. I know we have some excess capacity in production right now. If you think a small discount could get this order placed in the next week we might be able to offer something there as well.

Thanks for the email.
Regarding quote #5759 - the customer's initial reaction was shock at the price. I am still discussing this with them as this is required for a new assay setup in their lab. I can't say for certain whether they will accept or reject yet as my latest email to them was only sent today.
I'll have to check which customer #5734 was intended for. Let me check with the office and I'll come back to you when I know with certainty.
