The minimum quantity to purchase is just too much for what I need. I was hoping this was something I could order on occasion in small quantities. After reviewing the information with our manufacturing and quoting team, we determined that this was an order that was completed outside of our standard manufacturing process due to the large size of the initial order. We can definitely provide the same products. Per our standard process these would come packaged as three individual levels, with 25 vials at 2ml each in each box. Previously you would have received 25 boxes, each box/kit containing 1 vial of each level. This would consolidate your total order to 3 boxes in total. As a note, our minimum for ordering custom products is 50 mLs per level. Additionally, I was advised of an important aspect of the original Lighthouse (ABS) order that differs from our standard process. In addition to the non-standard packaging, we provided samples to Lighthouse that they tested and verified for exact levels. Once they confirmed the verification results, they sent us the results, and we populated the IFUs (Instructions for Use) based on their validated data. For standard orders like this one, our custom levels are manufactured to be within the requested range plus or minus our standard level of variation, but they are not independently verified unless specifically requested. If you would like verification, we can either send you samples for your own validation or arrange for third-party testing, but this would involve additional steps and costs outside our standard process.
