I’ll have our team follow up on this and try to get it changed. I also touched base with the team and if PO’s are sent to Christina she will forward them on for processing. Thank you so much for your help!

Vendors can log-on to the website located at https://flvendor.myfloridacfo.com
This page provides information and links to items important to vendors doing business with the State of Florida. Vendors can use this site to register and electronically submit a Florida Substitute Form W-9.
Effective March 5, 2012, vendors who do not have a verified Substitute Form W-9 on file will experience delays in processing purchase orders or payments from the State of Florida. According to our records, you do not have a verified Substitute Form W-9 on file.
Your ability to do business with the State of Florida is very important to us and all of State government. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to register and complete your Substitute Form W-9 as soon as possible so we can do business with you.
If you need assistance you will need to contact MFMP customer service at 1-866-352-3776 and they can walk you through it.
Again for questions or concerns regarding your vendor registration profile, please contact the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) Customer Service Desk at 1-866-FLA-EPRO (1-866-352-3776) or via e-mail at VendorHelp@MyFloridaMarketPlace.com.
