New technical complaint on custom Immu level
Nov 04, 2025 02:50 PM
Hi Maria,
Thank you for reaching out for support with this and sharing your data. We have opened this as support ticket# 1045. Our quality team will review and be in touch within 2-3 business days with an update.
At my first review, these look to be pretty good results. We generally expect your results to be within 25% of target. These are pretty close to that edge but still within what we generally consider acceptable. Is the product usable at these values?
Thank you,
Andrew Hartmann

Subject: Custom QC 3
Hi Andrew,
We have been running the new custom QC 3 since we received it and noticed that Everolimus has a target of 25 ng/mL but is reading 18.8 ng/mL (average of 34 data points across instruments and days). Cyclosporine is running a bit high 1001.3 ng/mL with a target of 900 ng/mL.
Sirolimus and Tacrolimus means are acceptable 23.2 ng/mL and 25.7 ng/ml respectively, with targets of 25 ng/mL.
Would you be able to double check the make up of this custom QC for Evero and Cyclo.
Thank you,
Maria
