New technical complaint on custom Immu level

Hi Maria, Thank you for reaching out for support with this and sharing your data. We have opened this as support ticket# 1045. Our quality team will review and be in touch within 2-3 business days with an update. At my first review, these look to be pretty good results. We generally expect your results to be within 25% of target. These are pretty close to that edge but still within what we generally consider acceptable. Is the product usable at these values? Cyclosporine is running a bit high 1001.3 ng/mL with a target of 900 ng/mL. Sirolimus and Tacrolimus means are acceptable 23.2 ng/mL and 25.7 ng/ml respectively, with targets of 25 ng/mL. Would you be able to double check the make up of this custom QC for Evero and Cyclo. Thank you, Maria Maria Cid Supervisor - Toxicology - Central Lab mac9021@nyp.org 746-3508
