Hi Chi-Tang,
We would need the complete PO submitted in order to send the sample. It is once the order is placed for the full amount of product you want, that our team then makes the sample and sends to you.
I doublechecked and we don’t have any open order so if you send in a PO for the full products we won’t be duplicating.

Do I need to put in all of the quote since I need is the baseline like we said before. I don't want to put in a PO and there is a mistake of a double order for the other calibrator level.
