Hi Andrew.
It was great to talk with you again today as well. Below are the suggested target concentrations for each analyte in the three QC levels that we need for our steroid panel assay.
• Androstenedione (ng/mL) - Level 1: 0.30, Level 2: 2.00, Level 3: 10.00
• Testosterone (ng/dL) - Level 1: 10, Level 2: 150, Level 3: 1,000
• 17a-Hydoxyprogesterone (ng/mL) - Level 1: 0.3, Level 2: 1.5, Level 3: 10.0
Please use a 3.0 mL fill size and quote for both SMx and real human serum matrices. I estimate ordering approximately 17 vials of each level.
