Hi Andrew
As mentioned to Quiton in the attached email, we've seen other suppliers using Thermosafe polyurethane eskies as a safer alternative. The esky currently sent by UTAK is made of polystyrene and has a good wall thickness — but it's still prone to cracking.
From my search on the internet Sonoco ThermoSafe appears to be a global leader in temperature-controlled packaging and offer polyurethane (PUR) insulated shippers. Below is their website with more details
