Hi Mariusz, Happy Friday! Thank you for sharing your feedback and for taking the time to explain the challenges you’ve experienced with FedEx shipments. After some internal discussion, we’re happy to move forward with your request to transition back to DHL for future orders. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we’ll just need to follow these steps: • We’ll provide you with the box dimensions and weight, along with the product descriptions required for the commercial invoice. • Since DHL will generate both the air waybill and commercial invoice, they’ll need this information before the shipment is scheduled. • Shipments will go out using your DHL account, under EXW Incoterms. We’re hopeful this change will help ensure a more reliable shipping experience for both of us. Please let us know once your DHL account is ready for use, and we’ll coordinate the next shipment details accordingly.
