Alaska experience

Hey David,
I think I had a pretty Alaskan experience the other night. It was in the 30’s, I could see some red and green glowing lights in the sky, and 3 huge racoons were eating on a pile of corn my wife put out for the deer. Do you all get the northern lights up there with frequency? This was the first time I could recall seeing them with my naked eye, although we have had a few times they are visible on cell phone pictures but it was such a neat experience.
