Hi All,
We have just received a delivery with replacement items for the order EUK02510CDEA02514.
The products arrived safe with enough dry ice to protect them.
Unfortunately, as in many instances previously, the box they were packed in arrived destroyed to a large degree, burst at the seams.
The only thing that held the shipment together was the cardboard outer, which – in case of dry ice shipments on air freight – is extremely dangerous.
Since this is not a single incident and rather something of a pattern, I want to point out to you that eventually we will face a situation when a courier refuses the shipment at some stage and either destroy the contents or return them to shipper.
Please review the attached images to verify the issue for yourself.
Even when shipped on EXW Incoterms, the safe packaging of the goods is the responsibility of the buyer/shipper.
Please review your packaging arrangements and use boxes that are suitable for the purpose.
If the situation continues, we will be just waiting for some issue/problem/accident to happen.
I believe that solving this problem lies in the best interest of both of our companies.
