Prodct issue and tech doc request

Hi Cindy, Thank you for reaching out for support with this. Attached please find the CoA Requested. We generally expect our customers results to come within +/- 25% of target values. Looking at the reported values I see we are close to this range, but still within what we generally consider acceptable. We would recommend the customer run them multiple times and establish there own range and mean. I did go ahead and open a support ticket# 1056 to have our quality team investigate just in case we find something, although I don’t suspect we will. We would love to see this customer continue using our controls. Please let us know if there is any specific actions we can take in support. Customer need target value, the control range, and the confidence interval See bellow customer feedback We have just opened the new QC boxes expiring on 31/03/2027 and, as with the previous lots, we are far from the target value: 76 for the 100 mg/L and 180 for the 200 mg/L. The use of these QCs creates more difficulties than benefits in our workflow. We are therefore considering suspending the order of these references. Indeed, our internal controls do not show the drift observed with your QCs, and our own QCs are proving to be more suitable for our needs Kind regards
