Hi Rosanne,
I wanted to introduce @Aline Arias from our orders team into this email chain. Once you place the order, Aline will get the process started to manufacture the items. Since in our process we don’t create the labels/IFU you requested until the end our team will hold the order for shipment. We will send you these documents as soon as they are available and once you provide the permit back, we will release this for shipment.
Since this request does follow a special process we ask that you send the PO for this order back to this email chain. Please let us know if you have any questions.
