Hi Sophie, Thank you for this request! We have submitted this to our quoting team and I will send them over once completed. I am curious if you know, would the customer be open to a single product with all of these analytes in it, or do they need them all as separate QCs? I ask cause with a low volume order like this it may work out as a better value to do a single combined control rather than making 5 separate parts. Let me know if this is an option for them and I can include a combined quote request to see how it prices out. The quotes will contain our stability guarantee. We don’t offer to extend this proactively, but we can do it retroactively. If the end users runs these past expiration and shares data with us, we can issue an EXP extension up till the last date they provided data showing good performance. Attached is a spreadsheet containing the information for 5 different custom controls. Customer is aware the minimum volume order is 50ml though this is in excess of what they need and are concerned about wastage when the expiration date arrives. Please prepare the quotes for the minimum volume possible. As such, when you review the requested analytes, could you please tell me whether there has ever been any stability extensions issued in the past? I can feed any such information back to the customer to offer some sort of reassurance that there may be potential for an extension certificate should they provide the necessary data after the initial expiry date.
