questions on baseline form
Nov 19, 2025 04:04 PM
Hi Chi,
Great questions, and to put you at ease there is no issues here. The date on the form is the date created and not shipped. Additionally the 10 days is more of a desire on our end than a requirement. In reality we give you much longer and will always notify you well in advance if there is any plan to cancel the sample.
In this case all is good on our end and if it takes you a week or 2 to get us the results that is just fine. The sooner we receive them the sooner we can start manufacturing.
Thank you,

Andrew,
I see that the order date is 11/7/25. I did not get my baseline until yesterday. So according to this Baseline Approval Form I am past my 10 days. I just want to know if this is correct, or if the date needs to be updated.
I see on the invoice that the ship date was 11/17/25.
Thank you,
