Thank you for your message and for sharing the details of the tender.
Unfortunately, the way our manufacturing process is structured, the current minimum volumes are indeed the lowest we are able to produce for custom products. That said, there may be potential workarounds. Could you share what the anticipated annual volume for these items might look like? Open to also receiving a budget from the end user so that I may potentially be able to discuss with our internal team as another path.
It may also be helpful for the end user to know that the custom products have a long shelf life, which could allow them to span their usage across a longer period of time.
Additionally, if there are other custom products or standard items that could be routed through UTAK as part of this tender, we may be able to bundle the overall order. In such a case, we would be in a stronger position to consider offering a one-time discount to help offset the minimums.
