Hi Rosanne,
Thank you for this update! Do you have any indication on the approximate % discount the customer would be needing here to secure the business? It’s helpful when I approach our team asking for a discount if I have a target to share with them.
Are you able to provide either specific price points the customer is looking to achieve for each, or approximate discount % being requested?

Customer is also comparing offers from other vendors and mentioned that UTAK controls are priced higher. May I check if there is a room for discount? Customer is still working on their budget and purchase timeline is expected to be in 2026.
