Attached please find the quote for this request. I would recommend when you pitch this to the customer, rather than trying to sell the negative level “0” you offer our stock blank oral fluid part 35400-SMX-OF(F). The cost of a 100mL bottle of this stock product is about ½ of us making the negative level. If the customer is willing to thaw this bottle and do there own aliquots this would be a more cost effective option for this level. Either way we are happy to support, just trying to get you maximum value for the lowest price.
